1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, redeeming a subscription card, or downloading and accessing the AZ Learn native applications (on Windows, Android, or iOS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. User Accounts and Verification
To access curriculum content, students must register with a valid email address and mobile phone number. All registrations require one-time verification (OTP). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
Each student account is licensed exclusively for personal educational use by the registered individual. Sharing credentials, transferring accounts, or facilitating unauthorized access by third parties constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Single Hardware Device Binding
To protect academic intellectual property and prevent account sharing, AZ Learn enforces a strict hardware device binding policy:
- Your student account is bound to a single physical device (via hardware identifier).
- Concurrent logins across multiple devices are blocked at the authentication boundary.
- Device slot resets due to legitimate equipment upgrades or replacements may be requested through our support channel.
4. Subscription Codes and Access Periods
Access to enrolled courses is granted through numeric subscription scratch cards or institutional batch enrollments. Each code specifies an explicit expiration timestamp and course coverage. Once redeemed by a student account, a subscription code cannot be reused, refunded, or transferred to another account.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Protection
All video lectures, PDF notes, question banks, explanations, flashcards, and software components are the proprietary intellectual property of AZ Learn and affiliated faculty. You agree not to:
- Screen-record, capture, re-encode, or mirror any lecture or material.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the client application or its local decryption runtime.
- Bypass, disable, or tamper with access controls, hardware verification, or version integrity checks.
- Distribute, broadcast, resell, or publicly display any curriculum materials.
6. Platform Security Violations
The native applications monitor runtime integrity to protect educational materials. Detection of debuggers, proxy interceptors, screen-recording utilities, virtual machines, or unauthorized modifications triggers an automated incident alert and may lead to temporary account suspension or permanent exclusion.
7. Account Termination and Deletion
Students have the right to terminate their account at any time. In compliance with data protection regulations and app store guidelines, students may request permanent account deletion via the in-app settings or through our public web deletion form located on our Privacy Policy page.
