End User License Agreement

Effective Date: September 15, 2026 | Version 2.4

Important Notice: Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the AZ Learn native applications ("Software"). By downloading or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

AZ Learn grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Software on a single physical device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

2. License Restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that the Software and its embedded media playback mechanisms contain valuable proprietary intellectual property. You shall not:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, copyright mark, or digital watermark embedded within video streams or PDF notes.
  • Install or execute the Software within virtual machine emulators, modified runtimes, or debugger environments intended to circumvent media protection.
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or assign the Software to any third party.

3. Hardware Fingerprinting & Telemetry

To enforce single-device authorization and safeguard academic assets, the Software collects hardware characteristics (such as operating system version, device model, and hardware identifiers). This data is used solely for session authentication, license enforcement, and security diagnostics.

4. Offline Content Licenses

When materials are downloaded for offline study, the Software caches assets locally and issues a time-limited offline license. Offline licenses must be periodically renewed by connecting to our edge servers. Deleting the application or resetting your device will purge cached offline assets.

5. Software Updates and Version Enforcement

AZ Learn may from time to time provide enhancements, bug fixes, or security patches ("Updates"). To maintain uninterrupted access to coursework, your client must meet the minimum supported version requirement. Outdated software versions may be denied connectivity until updated.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from AZ Learn if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ Learn disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
